Need Rx: With many comedones, a retinoic acid derivative is often a good start. The distribution is unusual and while i'm not a dermatologist, i'm wondering about hard-to-treat dyskeratonic comedones rather than acne; a specialist visit will settle this.

Red rash on stomach, chest, arms spread to neck and face. Some turned into small white bumps that look like acne. Only itch when i get warm.
