Stop, call: If at the extraction site: it is hard to say if the itching is part of the healing process or a possible allergic reaction. Ii would suggest that you stop taking the antibiotics and call your dentist asap. Discuss in more detail what you are experiencing and ask for advice. If not, fungal infection likely that can be treated with medication as prescribed by doctor.

Anti-fungal: It is not uncommon for women to get fungal, or yeast infections when taking broad spectrum anti-biotics. You can either get an otc anti-fungal or call your doctor to have one prescribed for you.
