Low salt: There's no magic food, but drinking plenty of water and avoiding salty food will probably help. The best food is something helathy (low grease / low salt / low sugar) that you eat with friends with whom you engage in good aerobic fitness activities.

High potassium: High potassium foods such as bananas can help lower your blood pressure. Your body keeps the potassium in the food and gets rids of the sodium in the body, thereby lowering your blood pressure. If you are overweight, walking and exercise also helps.

Many things: May help. But try to limit your salt intake and optimize your potassium intake(think of foods like sweet potatoes, bananas, tomatoes, beet greens). Otherwise, foods like beans, beets, kale, broccoli, fish are great heart/blood pressure healthy foods. In the end, focus on foods that are colorful and veggies.
