Many things.: Almost everything you do everyday affects your immune system. Your diet, activity, sleep habits & how you deal with stress have a major impact on your immune system function. There is no substitute for having excellent nutrition, daily exercise, proper sleep & effective stress management. Eliminate toxic habits like smoking & excess alcohol. Keep excellent control of chronic illness (ie. Diabetes).
