Several possibilitie: Her stomach ache could have several causes. Just having pneumonia can cause abdominal irritation in kids. The medicine used ot treat could also cause stomach irritation. Her illness can cause GI upset. Make sure you give her meds with a little food. Keep her diet free of alot of fatty/fast foods. Eat smaller meals/snacks frequently to kep something in stomach. Could try a Tums (calcium carbonate) or probiotics.

Possibly normal.: Indeed depends where the lung consolidation happened. If on the lower lobe the possibility of pain does exist. Also if coughing is frequent and deep "stomach" pain can occur. I would ask the pediatrician if there is place to medicate. Probably not! to be safe the pediatrician should decide.

Follow up M.D.: While on antibiotics, probiotics or yogurt help to maintain a healthy digestive tract. If the pain persists, or is associated with vomiting/fever it is best to see your M.D.
