Some thoughts: Tub bathers can develop an itch around their pee hole after failure to rinse sudsy water & the itch can lead to pushing germs into the bladder. This can trigger just symptoms or a real UTI. Only a good clean catch urine with culture can properly diagnose a UTI. A simple squat & pee with white cells can be contaminated/worthless. More info & testing would be needed to sort this out.

Workup: The most common cause for recurrent UTIs in a girl her age is poor wiping after having a BM.The opening where urine and stool come out are very close together. There are bacteria in stool which can get into the urinary tract when wiping incorrectly. Also, discuss with her doctor, a workup for a structural problem in her urinary tract which could be causing back up of urine and lead to infections.
