Chronic Fatigue Syn: This would be a diagnosis of exclusion. More likely something more common like hypothyroidism.

FM or CFS: Sounds like fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome, which are closely related diagnoses. See your pcp to make sure there are no more serious problems. Screening labs are generally normal in fm and cfs. Regular exercise, weight loss, a set schedule for getting up and going to bed, and medications for sleep and mood may all be helpful.
