See your physician: Many people have occasional tension headaches, but they are not usually accompanied by dizziness. If they seem to be intensifying ("getting more pressurised") it's a good reason to see your doctor about them. Any medicines and/or supplements you're taking will need review also. Anxiety can cause a combination of headaches, dizziness, plus many other symptoms -- and deserves care as well.

Might not be tension: Diffuse headache in a young lady coud be atypical migraine or even benign intracraniel hypertension. If the headaches are worse on reclining and associated with blurring of vision i'd consider the latter diagnosis. Have your neurologist take a good look in the back of your eyes at the veins. If they are not pulsating spontaneously your intracraniel pressure may be elevated. Meds help a lot.
