Depends : Many pregnant women get swelling of hands and feet but usually towards the end of the pregnancy. This will sometimes improve some during sleep and then return as they are up for the day. It is not typical to get a rash on the hands, unless the two are not related. There is a type of eczema that is on the hands and has little blisters and very itchy.
