Sciatica: It sounds like your right sciatic nerve may be involved. Recommend staying active w/out overdoing things, though. Using a non steroidal antiinflammatory medication, such as Ibuprofen or Naproxen may be helpful. If able, do gentle stretches of your lower back. Usually takes 3-4 weeks to improve, possibly earlier but also may take a longer course. If in doubt or not recovering, see your doc.
