Unlikely: Implantation bleeding is somewhat of a misnomer. Definitely most women do not have what could be identified as 'implantation bleeding.' the bleeding that you describe sounds more like a period. Why don't you take a home pregnancy test to see of you are actually pregnant? That will give you the information you're looking for. If positive, then make an appt with doctor for ultrasound.
