So i have a lump slightly over my left testicle. I isn't that big, and is most noticable when I'm standing up. I doesn't hurt anything. And when I touch it, it feels like a bag of strings, is it dangerous?
Can a very small varicoele cause discomfort when standing for long periods of time? I was told only big ones do, but i always get that heavy feeling on one testicle if i stand for a few hours. I have a grade one varicocele. Does this make sense/ normal?
