Problem: It is great that there was not cancer or other items. There are local treatments for the hemorrhoid s to shrink, but some do need surgery and you may be one of those.

See a doctor!: If the diagnosis is accurate and you still bleed from internal hemorrhoids, they need to be treated. Several options are available. Do not neglect as long term bleeding may cause anemia with its problems!
