Good news / Bad news: Make sure that you don't have infection. If this is something new, then have your fp look at it and treat if necessary. This sensitivity could be a good thing in that you feel all there is to feel with sex, but this sounds like too much of a good thing. Worst case scenario would be you may need a circumcision, but hopefully there is a solution to this before you decide to split the sheets!
