Brown rice: Some people are sensitive to corn. Corn is also grown with lots of pesticides. If you eat corn try to use organic corn. Brown rice is much more nutritious than white rice. Quinoa is also a good substitute. It is high in protein. Buckwheat , amaranth and millet are also good grains to try.
