Not likely: Newborns start out with little pigment in their skin since they're not exposed to sunlight until birth. After birth, pigment production begins according to genetics to whatever coloration was programmed by the genes. The olive oil had nothing to do with the pigmentation. The "fair" skin was a newborn thing and won't return.
