What could be causing pins and needles between my shoulder blades and severe nipple sensitivity at the same time? i am post menapausal, not pregnant.

Pins and Needles: Are you on any hrt? Nipple sensitivity could be caused by hormonal surges from estrogens. If not on hrt, it is hard to connect the parasthesias and the nipple sx. The pins and needles sounds like a "pinched nerve, " ( which could also send a branch to the chest and explain the nipple sx), but at age 66, it would be a good idea to contact your doctor, if this doesn't clear up, and have evaluation.
