I am 24 weeks pregnant and i also have a peptic ulcer. i am suffering from the worst heartburn and i have a chest pain under my left breast. when this pain subsides i get pins and needles there. is this something i should be concerned about?

Evaluation: You can start by taking Ranitidine or another acid blocker to help with heartburn. If the pain is this severe consider seeing a gastroenterologist. They can do an evaluation and determine if other intervention is needed
