Coming off benzo: Benzodiazepine withdrawal from large or multiple daily doses can be very dangerous - increases in blood pressure, agitation, sleeplessness, and even hallucinations or seizures can occur in some people depending on age, how long one has been taking the meds etc. Benzo withdrawal should be done gradually with medical advice and supervision from your doc. In the end it will be worth it. Good luck.
