Back Pain: Back pain for more than 6 weeks with pain into a leg is a red flag. Should be evaluated in order to design best management strategy. How long have you had it? What have you done to date for it? Have you done anything that helps control it?

Disk: There is a good chance you may have a disc herniation. Try not to lift heavy objects especially from the floor. You can try tylenol (acetaminophen) and ibuprofen... You may need physical therapy. See your doctor to get an exam and possibly some imaging for a proper diagnosis to guide further treatment... Good luck.
