My sleep was interrupted last night due to aching in my lower legs, from the knee down. The only relief was to lay on my back rather than my sides.
Backs of both my lower legs to ankles are stiff&sore. Especially after I get up from sleeping or sitting down. Sharp pain that goes away after abit. In more of my left leg than my right. Have to hobble abit just after I start to walk.
I wake up with aches in my left buttocks area down my left leg. The buttocks area feels better with walking and daily activity but the rest of my leg aches most of the day especially after sitting or standing. Sleep on right side. Ideas?
My surgeon is sending me to a pain mgmt dr. I have pain in my back, hips and legs. Constant ache, burning, throbbing plus it moves. I cant sleep!
