Any cold meds: Without pseudo Ephedrine or phenyl ephrine which can raise intraocular pressure. Take also some Mucinex (guaifenesin) vitamin c. If it persists you may need some antibiotics. Get examined . Best wishes!

Antibiotics : A diagnosed sinus infection will resolve with the appropriate systemic (oral) antibiotics. As far as nasal congestion ; occasional sneezing, as long as you don't have narrow angle (occludable angle potential) then you may take otc decongestants ; antihistamines. I also find nettie pot saline nasal lavage comforting too.
