See MD ASAP: Cellulitis is a rather diffuse and aggressive infection. It can lead to some serious problems if not treated quickly. Knowing the source of the infection is paramount and you need an md to find this, then the appropriate antibiotic an be prescribed. Don't let this go...Call md asap.
