Pancreatitis ?: The procedure (ERCP) required to place the stent in the common bile duct (cbd) involves passes some instruments past the pancreatic duct too. Sometimes that, or the position of the stent itself (it can partially block the pancreatic duct) can cause temporary inflammation of the pancreas - pancreatitis. You should see a doctor - likely the one who placed the stent. Meanwhile, eat plain food.
