Need more data: Disk bulges and ruptures while less common in younger ages certainly can occur yet mild disk bulges may be asymptomatic. Question is where is your pain and could it be caused by something else like chronic repetitive strain weakness or other injury. Check with a physical medicine (rehab) doctor.
