Probably not: With most viral infections or upper respiratory infections can have some generalized achiness or muscle soreness, it would not be specific to just your arms. Without over use, some causes of upper extremity sorness include neck problems such as herniated discs, thoracic out let syndrome, tendinitiis. If no fever, and it persists get it checked out.
