I had all my teeth removed 2 days ago and have stitches all throughout my mouth i still have a lot of sweling how can i reduce it can i use hot or cold?

Follow up: We can't be too specific, sight-unseen, but 2 days post-op some swelling is pretty typical. Depending on how many teeth were recently extracted and the levels of infection that may have been present, it could be expected or not. Nothing, time: If your teeth were removed 2 days ago, and everything is healing well, and you have no infection, then it will just take time for the swelling to go down on its own. Definitely not cold! mild heat may help, but without being your dentist of record, i would not recommend it.
