Yes: In most cases, it will right itself over time. The brain "doesn't like" the imbalance and will correct gradually it but it can take 1-2 years. If you have meniere's disease, it is a special problem because it comes and goes and does't always get better. Some medications and maneuvers performed by ear, nose and throat specialists are helpful and you should follow up with one.
