Get an evaluation: Your doctor can properly evaluate this. But, there are thin muscles all over your head. These muscles are connected to and influenced by the muscles in your shoulders and neck. Often, when people are anxious they tense their shoulder and neck muscles (unconsciously bracing themselves against an imagined threat). This tensing spreads to the head muscles causing head pain or headache. Relax!
