Could be: Sometimes being overloaded with deadlines, data points and decisions can short-circuit the brain for a few seconds. It's normal but not necessary. Try to begin "unloading" your brain - simplify your life wherever possible!

Possibly.: Anxiety can mimic a variety of disorders. If this is a first time occurrence, you should monitor if this happens again and be aware of what triggers it. If it happens again, I suggest you see your PCP and get it evaluated.
