Sometimes: Sounds like a partial year of the supraspinatius which is actually a very common MRI finding. Most patients describe pain over the deltoid but have seen some describe pectoral pain. You should be examined to confirm it is your shoulder and treatment should be effective with pt and possibly an injection.
