Yes.: The two will not have an interaction other than possiblly stomach upset. But 20-40% of people have peculiar rxns to prednisone: anxiety, depression, mind racing, insomnia, "amped p" energy, etc. If you have any peculiar reactions over the next few days, call your doctor immediately.

Prednisone : I assume your doc told you to take the steroid. You can take the drug close in time to augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate). Your doc should know how you are doing.
