How long does it take for radial tunnel syndrome to feel better?

Generic answer: Let's assume successful surgical intervention with all compression removed, and no complications. If only the myelin covering impaired, should find regeneration in about 4 weeks. But if internal axon affected, recovery may take months, and if severe damage, axonal recovery pace about 0.1 mm daily, speed of fingernail growth.
