I had radial tunnel surgery 3 months ago. i have partial paralysis in both arms& weakness. (13 yrs.) will i ever regain use of my hands?

WIth 13 years of: Weakness i doubt that the true purpose of radial tunnel decompression was ever to give a return of muscular function. You should clarify this with your surgeon if your understanding or expectations are different.
