Many possibilities: Cramping (off and on every few minutes) pain is gastrointestinal. Steady pain that is made worse by walking and by pressing on the abdomen could involve inflammation of the peritoneum and could be a surgical problem. It could also be a urinary tract infection. Pain aggravated by eating is likely to be either from gallbladder or intestine. Pain relieved by eating could be gastritis or ulcer.
