19 year old with pkd. for 3 days i've been having kidney pain, mainly on my left side. at points i also get abdomen pain also. what could this be?

Yes your PKD: PKD could definatly give you your pain. this Poly cystic kidney disease should be followed by a specialist.since it can lead to serious problems. i suggest that you get oin to your specialist soon for evaluation. Especially if your are have any UTI symptoms---or any fevers
