Possible: It is possible, but not definative. It is possible that if you sing often and your mouth is open for prolonged periods of time, your oral mucosa may become dry. It is important to stay hydrated if you are singing often. Just have a bottle of water near you to sip periodically and you should be fine. Best wishes.
