Many choices: I'm not sure if this is a "home remedy" but Ibuprofen usually helps. Many herbs help- cramp bark is called that for good reason! magnesium often helps- try a warm bath with 2 cups of epsom salts. Homeopathy can help- see http://www.Umm.Edu/altmed/articles/menstrual-pain-000052.Htm for info on homeopathy & other herbs & home remedies.
