Many good choices: My favorite home remedy for menstrual cramps is a hot bath with 2 cups of epsom salts; you can also add lavender oil. Also magnesium taurate or glycinate about 400 mg/day helps. Herbs like cramp bark and black cohosh can help too. For sore throats try gargling with 1 tsp cayenne pepper in 1 cup water 4x/day- you can also add apple cider vinegar, raw honey and garlic.
