What can you do for arthritis in both arms?

See a doctor: Arthritis pain in both arms, especially when both hands are involved, may be an inflammatory arthritis like rheumatoid arthritis. Laboratory testing can help to determine this.

Location important: Location in the arms is important. Since both armare involved is the involved area the shouders, the elbows, the forearm, etc. Is the joint the issue or is it muscles, tendons and soft tissue structures. When you are evaluated these are the things your physician will look for.
