Difference betwee bronscopy and ct with contrast?

The: Ct looks for an radiological finding that suggests abnormality and a brochoscopy actually looks at the living tissue with a camera and often takes a biopsy to send for pathology. Ct can be used to get a biopsy as well with a guided needle.
