Pain: The hot flashes may be associated to the migraines/pain itself. You may need to have your blood pressure checked as well as your thyroid to make sure you are healthy.

Get checked: Headaches and migraines can occur for many reasons. But if your headaches are associated with hot flashes, it would be good to get checked out by your doctor and/or ob/gyn. You'd want to make sure your thyroid levels are ok, plus various other hormones.
