Difficult: We always think of gall bladder issues in women of child-bearing age. But it could be your appendix (2 weeks sounds unlikely, though), severe reflux, an ulcer, a gastroenteritis (infection -- viral vs bacterial), etc... Numerous possibilities including female organs too. See your doctor for evaluation.
