Depends!: Entacort-la 3mg is a mostly non-absorbed steroid given for bowel inflammation. If you have diarrhea from a non-inflammatory cause, you should not take it. But Asacol (mesalamine) is also for inflammation of the bowel. If you do, it is what works best for you!
