Depends: I thinks you mean Omeprazole for gastroesophageal reflux.Omeprazole can slow gastric emptying.The question asked by your doctor determines answer.If he wants to know if you are still having gastroesophageal reflux while on Omeprazole then you continue to take the medication. If he is questioning delay in gastric emptying he may wish you either to be on or off omeprazole. You should ask the doctor.

Omeprazole?: I believe the medication you mentioned is Omeprazole which is an antacid and actually may delay gastric emptying. Stop using this medications at least 1 week prior to study. Good luck!
