If i have had a unilateral oophorectomy, does my remanining ovary secrete ovum every month or every 2 months?

Every month: With only one ovary, your ovulation will only come from that side and it should occur monthly. Having 2 ovaries doesn't mean that you alternate from side to side each month.

Every month: If you have only one ovary then that ovary will grow and release an egg every month...Assuming you have regular predictable cycles.... Good luck drg.
