Now. : You can eat anything that you can handle. A soft or liquid diet was wise for the first few days. However, there are no restrictions to what you eat at this time. Your jaws and extraction sites can become sore from the action but they are just healing. You can rinse the sites with mouthwash or a syringe if your surgeon provided you with one. Any problems or questions, ask your doctor.
