Changes: For now, try keeping the cats out of your bedroom and your baby's bedroom. Ideally, keeping them confined to a few rooms can minimize your exposure. After caring for them or washing them, change clothes and wash your hands and face. Try nasal saline rinses as well to minimize your symptoms.
