Depends: The time of ovulation determines fertility. Usually ovulation occurs 10-14 days before period. Depending where in your cycle you were when you stopped oc, you may be in the fertile zone. Best now to wait until your period comes in three weeks. If you miss get a home pregnancy test. Meantime use alternative birth control if you don't want to conceive.
