I have been to a cardologist and he don't seem to be worried but i had a normal ekg, normal echo, maybe i just need to stop worry that is all i do?

Normal: If your cardiologist has worked you up and is confident there is nothing wrong with you, likely you should stop worrying. Many people literally worry themselves sick. Perhaps you should get on a regular diet and exercise program and put your energy there instead of worrying.
